Role & responsibilities
- Manage primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory and ensure target achievement
- Handle and coordinate with distributors for smooth sales operations and stock availability

- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and market discipline
- Track competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Support execution of promotional activities and product launches
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales & distribution
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Distributor management experience
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
