Florida Sell Now LLC is a Florida-based real estate investment and solutions firm specializing in complex, non-standard transactions — including probate, inherited properties, distressed homes, and sensitive family situations.
We generate a steady flow of leads through TV commercials, our website, and strategic marketing. Our Lead Managers are the first point of contact and play a critical role in setting the tone for every seller relationship.
About the Role
This is an entry-to-mid level sales role designed for someone who enjoys talking to people, asking great questions, and staying organized.
Responsibilities- Take inbound calls from homeowners responding to our TV ads and website
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new & existing leads
- Ask the right questions to understand motivation, timeline, and property details
- Build rapport and trust with sellers over multiple conversations
- Properly qualify leads and route strong opportunities to our Acquisitions team
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into acquisitions or higher-level sales over time.
Qualifications- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable on the phone and enjoys building rapport
- Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus (not required)
- Hourly or base pay + performance bonuses
- Clear performance metrics and expectations
- Training, scripts, and ongoing coaching provided
- Strong internal promotion path into Acquisitions or other sales roles
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
