Salary: $120-$150K ($60,000 base salary + $60,000-$90,000 performance bonus)

Location: United States based role; remote with travel as required.

Role Overview

CECloud Labs is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to grow our Salesforce services business across the US market. This role focuses on direct customer acquisition, partner‑led opportunities, and expansion within existing accounts. The role requires hands‑on selling experience within Salesforce environments and comfort engaging senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for Salesforce services including consulting, implementations and managed services
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
  • Engage with Salesforce Account Executives and Partner Managers to source and close opportunities
  • Conduct discovery conversations with customer leadership and technical teams
  • Position services across core Salesforce clouds including Revenue Cloud, DMS, Loyalty and Life Sciences Cloud
  • Coordinate with delivery and leadership teams to scope engagements and close deals
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity tracking
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, partner discussions and industry events
Required Skills and Background
  • Proven experience selling Salesforce services in the US market
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce partner ecosystem and buying cycles
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXOs, IT leaders and business heads
  • Comfort working with complex deals and longer sales cycles
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities at the same time
