Qualifications- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Friendly and cooperative demeanor.
- Quick to connect and build relationships with others.
- Easygoing, uninhibited, and comfortable working with others.
- Persuasive with a strong drive for results.
- Tolerant of uncertainty.

- Professionally represent the dealership and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow‑up.
- Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web lead, phone lead, store lead).
- Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
