We are looking for a full-time Insulation Sales Specialist to join our team.

As an Insulation Sales Specialist, you'll help homeowners understand what's actually happening in their walls, attic, or crawlspace, and recommend the right insulation solution to fix it. Most people don't think about insulation until their energy bill spikes or a room never feels quite right, and you're the one who helps them figure out why. It's a growing line of business with real opportunity to build a lasting sales career.

Job Requirements:

2-3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Pre-employment background check

Pre-employment drug screen

Valid drivers license

Have and maintain a clean driving record
