• Greet customers and provide a friendly, pressure-free buying experience.
• Learn our inventory and help customers find the best vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions and financing options.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to earn based on performance.
• Sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
