Redline Racing is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our corporate events, group bookings, birthday parties, and community partnerships. This role is responsible for generating new business, developing local relationships, and helping create memorable experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making cold calls, networking in the community, following up consistently, and building long-term relationships that convert into bookings. This position also assists the Marketing Team and General Manager with marketing and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with local businesses, schools, youth organizations, sports teams, churches, and nonprofits.
- Conduct facility tours and meet with prospective clients.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM.
- Meet monthly booking and revenue goals.
- Continuously identifies new opportunities to generate leads, increase bookings, and grow revenue.
- Recommend the appropriate event package based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotes and proposals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful event execution.
- Follow up after events to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Shares ideas and insights to improve marketing, sales, and the overall guest experience.
- Maintains customer records and booking calendars.
- Performs other duties that support the growth of the business.
- Previous sales, hospitality, event planning, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and networking in the community.
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Social media experience is a plus.
- Nights and weekends may occasionally be required for networking events or large group functions.
