Company Description

RΞVIVΞ ᴄʀᴇᴅɪᴛ ʀᴇᴘᴀɪʀ is a rapidly growing credit repair company that has earned a top-rated position on Google within its first two years of business. The team is focused on transforming the credit repair industry by delivering impactful, results-driven services. This ambitious, growth-oriented environment offers opportunities for sales professionals who want to contribute to a bold mission and grow with a high-performing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Orem, UT. The Salesperson will engage prospective and current clients, explain credit repair services, and guide individuals through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, conducting consultations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating with team members, and providing clear, professional communication to ensure a positive client experience.

The Salesperson is expected to stay informed about credit repair processes and industry best practices to better address client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and credit concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of credit reporting, credit scores, and consumer finance, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfort using CRM software and standard office tools to track leads, update client information, and manage daily activities.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, meet performance goals, and maintain a professional, ethical approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in sales, call centers, or financial services is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable attendance, strong time management skills, and a commitment to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.
