Inside Sales Representative

Join a rapidly scaling pest control company that grew from zero to $11.5M in revenue in year one. We're on track to hit $31M this year and just crossed $20M (YES! This is JUST Inside sales growth. Doesn't include any D2D numbers). We have the leads, the systems, and the team. We just need more top performers.

Handle high-volume inbound leads via phone and online forms. You'll move fast, close deals, and own the entire customer journey from pitch to scheduled service. This isn't data entry. It's real sales with real urgency.

• Take inbound calls and form leads from our marketing campaigns
• Close deals quickly and professionally
• Manage contracts, payments, and service scheduling
• Set goals and track your improvement with the help of your leaders and our coaching software.

• Off-season: $35–50/hour
• Peak season (Apr–Nov): $60–90/hour

We put real money behind high volume and high close rates.

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong phone skills and attention to detail
• Some college experience
• Pest control experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Most important: You want to get better, and you're willing to own it
