Irrigation Repair Technician

Storm Sprinklers is hiring Residential Irrigation Repair Technicians to perform sprinkler system repairs for homeowners throughout Utah County. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and customer communication—not landscaping or mowing.

Technicians work independently, meet new customers daily, and solve real problems that homeowners care about. Experience is helpful but not required
. We provide full training, tools, and support. What matters most is reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

This is a hands-on, active role with long-term growth potential in a skilled trade.

• Diagnose and repair residential sprinkler system issues
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring, valves, and pressure problems
• Repair leaks and replace sprinkler heads and components
• Install and program irrigation timers/controllers
• Perform full system coverage and performance checks
• Clearly explain problems and repairs to homeowners
• Document work with notes and photos using our job software
• Communicate with office staff regarding job status and scheduling
• Drive between job sites and manage a daily service route
• Work independently and occasionally assist or train others

• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to learn technical skills and follow systems
• Able to perform physical work (digging, lifting, kneeling)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check

No prior irrigation experience required — we train everything from the ground up.

• Pay: $25–32 per hour
