In this role, you'll ensure resident satisfaction through maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas. Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, and responding to resident requests promptly. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of general maintenance experience and strong customer service skills.
The position offers a pay range of $15.80 - $21.38 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits.
