We are hiring a full‑time Sewer Maintenance Worker / Equipment Operator in the Orem, UT area.

We are looking for a professional who is a good troubleshooter, team player, and has a positive, can‑do attitude. Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms, and a professional appearance are required.

As a Sewer Maintenance Worker / Equipment Operator, you will perform excavation duties safely and efficiently. You will handle paperwork prior to work (811 Bluestakes), obtain permits, complete pre‑excavation and safety checklists, locate work sites, and use skid steers, mini excavators, or shovels for manual excavation. You will maintain trench safety equipment such as shoring, trench boxes, and work in trenches.

You will make proper connections, repair and line sewer and water lines, follow correct procedures and wear PPE. You will also clean equipment and maintain inventory levels.

• Competent Person Training
• Minimum 1 year experience with mini‑excavator and skid steer
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Knowledge of pipe laying and bedding
• Sewer Liner knowledge is a plus

Salary: $22-$35 per hour
