We are a fast-growing roof preservation company looking for a dependable technician who can perform roof treatments, identify issues before spraying, complete simple roof repairs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Our treatment helps people save 10s of thousands of dollars on a reroof.

What You’ll Do

• Perform premium roof treatment applications.
• Inspect roofs before treatment and identify any issues that need attention.
• Complete basic roof repairs (replacing a few shingles, sealing exposed nails, minor flashing repairs, etc.).
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer questions.
• Ensure every job is completed safely, thoroughly, and with attention to detail.
• Represent our company with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
• Comfortable working on roofs and ladders.
• Experience with roofing or construction is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Someone who leads by example and wants to grow into a leadership role as our company expands.
