Assistant Maintenance Mechanic 3p-1130p Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled and emergency repairs to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders to diagnose issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, manuals, and technical documents.
• Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to understand safety instructions in English;
  Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and commit to a long-term position with training investment.
