• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
• Work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system and check the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.
• Emphasize customer service.
• Collect payments and give accurate and detailed information about each home and situation.
• Maintain truck inventory levels.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system after service has been performed.
