RBM Building Services is in need of an ONSITE-SUPERVISOR.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience 2 to 4 years.
- Ability to provide quality service to both internal and external clients and co-workers.
- Ability to speak both Languages, English and Spanish.
- Ability to coach, motivate, reward and handle disciplinary actions.
- Familiarity with chemicals and cleaning products.
- This role requires weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
