We are seeking a skilled C# Developer II to join our back-end team. You will be instrumental in developing RESTful APIs and modernizing legacy systems to support our industry-leading property estimation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based frameworks, algorithms, and tools.
• Assist in modernizing legacy systems to enhance performance and scalability.
• Optimize software performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to define, design, and implement new features.
• Investigate and resolve software defects and customer issues.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Utilize CI/CD systems to automate and improve deployment processes.
• Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies (architecture discussions, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry and team best practices.
• Engage in pair programming and code reviews to foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct manual quality assurance and participate in user testing as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (relevant technical experience may substitute for education).
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP, HTTP, RESTful services, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and design principles.
• Exposure to AWS and cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure Dev Ops.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Postgres) and No

• Experience with automated testing and software verification (unit, integration).
• Understanding of distributed systems and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in optimizing and modernizing legacy systems.
• Familiarity with CQRS patterns.
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
