We are excited to bring the British Swim School franchise to Orem-Provo! Target opening date is late April 2026 with this position onboarded and hired in March. ~40 hours of online training is required, as is travel to location for in-person training. While onboarding as part-time, hourly to start, the position has potential for conversion to full-time with growth. As a result, we are looking for individuals interested in making this position their primary professional focus.

The Position:
The Aquatics Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations, as well as teaching lessons when and if necessary. This position will also require due diligence with tracking required certifications for instructors as well as continuing the employee's development, competency, and skills.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Creation of employee schedules, and pool lesson schedules.
- Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
- Serve as “Deck Ambassador” during lessons.
- Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.
- Eventual responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and managing employees in collaboration with owners to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
- Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
