As a Rental Technician you will provide excellent guest service by fitting and preparing ski and snowboard equipment while ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience on the mountain. Use strong knowledge of skiing and snowboarding to recommend appropriate equipmentandprovidehelpful guidance to guests. Maintain equipment and inventory, follow safety and cash-handling procedures, and contribute to a positive, professional mountain environment.

WHATWILL YOU BE DOING?

• Fit boots, skis,snowboardsand/or poles tomeetthe unique needs of each guest
• Remain current on new industry products and trends whiledemonstratingknowledge of products
• Provide knowledgeablerecommendations based on guest ability and experience
• Maintainaccurateinventory of rental fleet
• Assist with tracking equipment and inventory regularly
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
• Maintain strong customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
