About the Program
We offer one of the best trainee programs in the country. All you need is a Class A license; no experience required.
During the training program you will receive $600 per week. After training, you can earn up to $0.55 per mile, $0.62 per mile after 90 days, and $0.66 per mile at your 6‑month mark. Each clean DOT inspection earns $75.
Your team will average 5,000–6,000 miles per week. New equipment is on average 22 months old. You will have guaranteed home time, no in‑cab cameras, and a pay structure that rewards performance.
