Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Specialist

Location: Just Ingredients, 1439 North 1380 West Orem, UT

Just Ingredients is looking to hire Temporary Warehouse Specialists for our upcoming Birthday Sale. This position runs from Tuesday, July 21 through Tuesday, August 4 (including Saturdays). There are two shifts available:

• Day Shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
• Swing Shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

• Day Shift: Friday, July 17 from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Swing Shift: Monday, July 20 from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

• Day Shift: $16.50 per hour
• Swing Shift: $17.50 per hour

The Temporary Warehouse Specialist assists in picking, packing, sorting, or shipping orders to customers while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position requires teamwork and organization to ensure smooth materials flow and accuracy in inventory, contributing to on-time delivery for all Just Ingredients products. • Accurately pick customer orders based on orders printed prior to the shift
• Stage orders for the shipping specialist to send out to customers
• Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking) when needed
• Break down boxes and keep the work area clean during picking and after restocking the pick face
• Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others
• Perform other tasks as needed or requested

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Able to read, speak and understand English
• Able to stand for 4–8 hours at a time
• Ability to bend, reach, and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds
• Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, and dusty at times)
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately
• Able to adapt to change on the fly
• Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is preferred
• Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus

• You can be relied on for consistent attendance and punctuality
• You live in or near Utah County and are willing and able to work 8-hour shifts in our Orem warehouse
