Inventory Lead

Overview

Wasatch Labs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving support team, warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving activities. The role focuses on organizing the team, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting inventory control.

• Receive materials from suppliers and deliver to the proper locations.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Interface with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with inventory control as needed.
• Back up ship and receiving duties, including pulling orders and putting away products.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.

• Customer focus, dependability, teamwork, coordination, organization, and time management.
• Documentation and data entry skills; reporting and inventory control.
• Equipment maintenance and basic computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workflow with minimal supervision.

• Good driving record and forklift experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work extended periods, including overtime and weekends.

The role requires regular talking/listening, use of hands and fingers, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level is usually moderate.
