Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse E-Commerce Shipping Specialist to manage the accurate and timely fulfillment of online orders. This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently based on order specifications
Prepare shipments using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage
Generate and apply shipping labels using warehouse management systems and carrier platforms (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)
Verify order accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain organized packing stations and a clean, safe work environment
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
Receive and process incoming shipments as needed
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order issues or delays
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and shipping software is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Knowledge of shipping carriers and rate selection
Ability to troubleshoot minor packing or labeling issues
Strong time management skills in a high-volume environment

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse setting
May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
