Operations Associate

We are partnering with a rapidly growing investment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking an Operations Associate to support the firm's day-to-day business operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering significant variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time.

• Manage relationships and day-to-day coordination with external service providers and business partners.
• Review, reconcile, and maintain operational files, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate wires and other financial transactions in accordance with established processes and controls.
• Manage contracts, including key dates, renewals, and documentation.
• Support recurring operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Take ownership of ad hoc projects and special initiatives across the firm.
• Expand responsibilities over time based on experience, strengths, and interests.

• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm's East Bay office.
• Coordinate office needs and serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers.
• Provide light administrative and executive support to firm leadership.
• Assist the CFO with select administrative and coordination needs; this role will not be responsible for calendar management or day-to-day scheduling.
