- Schedule: ROTA - 7 days on/7 days off, Monday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- Children: 7 months old and 4 years old.
- Duties: The ideal candidate will deliver attentive care for the children while supporting the family’s daily schedule, collaborating closely with a stay-at-home parent to promote consistency and teamwork. Duties include childcare, attending children’s classes and activities, light household tasks connected to the children, keeping the home organized, and managing the children's laundry.
- Requirements: This family is seeking a highly intuitive and proactive professional who demonstrates sound judgment, reliability, and flexibility. The ideal candidate naturally senses the household’s flow and adjusts smoothly to its changing needs. They should excel in a collaborative, multi-staff environment, communicate clearly with adults, and maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Being receptive to guidance is important, and parents fully support the Nanny’s authority while on duty.
The candidate must either have or be willing to obtain required vaccinations, including COVID, annual flu, Tdap, and MMR. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. - Salary range: $40 - $45
- Benefits: This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays that fall on a work day, paid sick days, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year. Additionally the client will be using a payroll service.
