Hybrid Sr. Litigation Paralegal, $120K–$130K + Bonus

You will work closely with accomplished attorneys on sophisticated Estate, Wills, and Trust matters, gaining exposure to complex, high-value work while enjoying a hybrid schedule and a supportive, team-oriented culture. • Provide exceptional client service and high-level litigation support from case inception through resolution
• Manage all phases of case development, including trial preparation and post-trial activities
• Draft, review, and cite-check complex legal documents with precision
• Oversee document production and eDiscovery using Relativity and related litigation technologies
• Maintain litigation calendars and proactively manage deadlines

• 5+ years of California litigation paralegal experience, ideally in a private client environment
• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
• Experience with eDiscovery using Relativity, iPro, and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes ownership of their work
