Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) works with providers and other members of the health care team to perform a variety of clinical and administrative patient‑related duties, ensuring smooth workflow within the practice.

• Provide patient care and administrative functions as designated by the Provider, Site Manager, or Supervisor.
• Offer backup clinical and administrative support to Medical Assistants, call center staff, schedulers, and reception.
• Communicate effectively orally and in writing with patients, providers, and team members.
• Handle all types of individuals professionally under stressful situations.
• Maintain knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.

• Completion of a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse Program –
  Required
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse –
  Preferred
  , preferably in a physician office setting.
• Pediatric experience –
  Strongly Preferred

• Licensed Vocational Nurse – California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians –
  Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association –
  Required

• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Shift: 08:00 – 17:30, 40 hours per week.

Hourly: $39.95 – $53.93, adjusted for local market as needed. Competitive salary and benefit package available.
