Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, and internal controls
- Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs and profitability
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Lead and develop accounting staff while driving process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Manufacturing industry experience with strong understanding of cost accounting
- ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
