Lexus of Orland, as part of the Kowalis Auto Group, has an open position for a Parts Counterperson. Candidate must have a great attitude, be able to multitask during busy times and be willing to be a part of a successful team.

$40,000.00/yr – $45,000.00/yr

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Insure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders

• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Prior parts experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete tasks while working independently
• Availability to work on Saturday
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
