Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full-time Automotive Detailer at our Matteson, IL location.

The starting rate of pay is $16.50 / hour based on a 40-hour workweek and is located at 4545 Lincoln Hwy, Matteson, IL 60443.

• Sunday: 8:45am-1:15pm
• Monday: 7:45am-6:15pm
• Tuesday: 11:15am-6:15pm
• Wednesday: 7:45am-6:15pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 7:45am-6:15pm
• Saturday: OFF

As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, ensuring the health and safety of everyone.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior for cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place any of value in Lost & Found; verify registration.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience.
