Midas BRATCHER in Orland Park, IL is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Person to join our team! • Greet and assist customers at the service counter in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate vehicle service needs to technicians
• Provide repair and maintenance estimates, explain services, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Process customer transactions, invoices, and payments efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and service completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area

• Previous experience in automotive service, counter sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license required
