What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating service calls.
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when needed.
- Maintaining organized records of customer interactions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
