The Face of the Service Lane
As a Service Advisor, you "own" the customer experience. You are the conductor of the service department—balancing technical needs with premium hospitality.
- Luxury Concierge: Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring every guest receives a prompt and polished greeting.
- Problem Solver: Translate complex repair needs into clear, transparent explanations for vehicle owners.
- Efficiency Expert: Manage technician schedules and distribute work to ensure the shop runs at peak performance.
- Relationship Builder: Take personal ownership of every inquiry (phone or in-person) to ensure no customer is ever "mishandled."
- Personality: Organized, friendly, and naturally helpful.
- Communication: Fantastic verbal and written skills; able to explain technical concepts simply.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage processes and collaborate with others.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (acceptable driving record) and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
- Activity: Regularly standing, walking, and moving throughout the dealership; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Technical: Ability to test drive customer vehicles; comfort working in a shop environment with moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
- Vision: Close vision and depth perception are required for vehicle inspections.
