CRS & Home Health Advantage is an established and growing home‑healthcare company serving the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding counties, including the South, Southwest, North, and Northwest suburbs as well as McHenry, Winnebago, Boone, Grundy, Kankakee, Lake, and Cook counties. The Agency seeks a self‑initiating, high‑energy RN Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team.

• Valid state‑issued Registered Nurse license.
• Knowledge of Medicare home‑health requirements.
• Strong clinical background.
• Ability to set objectives and develop action plans.
• Ability to handle sensitive, complex issues.
• Ability to obtain cooperation from or influence others.
• Positive, professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Highly organized and consistently proactive.
• Enjoys educating clinicians.
• Minimum 2 years of home‑health care experience.

• Assist in planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of clinical services to Agency clients.
• Participate in the management of the Agency’s clinical team and provide overall supervision of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home‑health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel employed by or contracted through the Agency.
• Help plan, develop, and establish Agency structure, clinical and administrative policies and procedures, annual operating plan, and capital budgets.
