Exam One is now hiring Mobile Phlebotomists to complete Life Insurance blood draws throughout the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus.

Experience:

1 year of phlebotomy or medical technology.

• Pay per completed assignment: $22-$35.
• Pay is biweekly.

• Certified Phlebotomist, MA, Med Tech, LPN.
• Position is part-time, flexible hours available.
• Independent contract, 1099 (PT).
• Requires travel within the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Self‑motivated and works independently.

• Conduct mobile phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow safety and established procedures per health guidelines.
• Collect and document medical history and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload all completed documents in the Exam One portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide daily case status updates.

• Excellent blood drawing skills and at least 1 year of experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
• Must have a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Must have high‑speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
• Must have reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass background check and urine marijuana drug screen.
