Job Title: Transactional Attorney

Our client is a trusted Illinois law firm known for providing high-quality legal counsel in real estate, trust & estate administration, commercial transactions, and business litigation.
They are seeking a Transactional Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join its team in Orland Park.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on corporate structuring, governance, business operations, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
- Conduct due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactional law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract drafting, M&A, and business structuring.
The annual salary for this position is between $120k-$180k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
