Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE, plus opportunities for bonuses

At Reidy Law Office, we help families navigate Divorce with Dignity – and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, compassionate paralegal to join us. Responsibilities:
• Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery documents.
• Manage the discovery process : draft and respond to discovery requests, review responses, organize financial and case records, and track deadlines.
• Prepare case files for hearings and trials, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, explain processes, and provide compassionate support.
• Handle e-filing and maintain organized case files (digital and physical).
• Support attorneys in case strategy, trial preparation, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Paralegal certificate, degree, or equivalent law firm experience.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in discovery and document management. Preferred:
• 2–3+ years of family law paralegal experience in Illinois.
• Familiarity with Illinois e-filing systems and Clio (or similar practice management software).
• Experience with financial documents, parenting agreements, and litigation support. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
