Administrative Director – Orland Park, IL
We’re representing a growing Construction General Contractor based in Orland Park, IL, seeking a highly organized and driven Administrative Director to oversee and streamline daily administrative operations. This is an in-office leadership role working closely with project management teams to ensure efficiency and alignment across all active projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day administrative operations across multiple projects and departments
- Partner with project managers and executives to optimize workflow and documentation processes
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting support, reporting, and internal communications
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency
- Mentor and manage administrative staff, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative leadership or operations management
- Strong background in construction or project management environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
