Description:

A rapidly growing disaster restoration and cleaning company is looking to hire an Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for the full management of disaster restoration projects; including meeting with customers and estimating jobs, scheduling and managing production crews, ensuring that our teams provide high-quality work, and interacting with, communicating with, and fielding questions and concerns from customers and property adjusters.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of restoration and cleaning industry
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and decorum
• Experienced team leaderli>
• In depth knowledge and proficiency using Xactimate
• 3 years of managing mitigation and disaster restoration projects

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with customers, explaining the restoration process, and providing estimates using Xactimate.
• Scheduling, managing, and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed with a high-quality of work and in a profitable manner.
• Resolve problems, answer questions, and communicate with customers and property casualty adjusters throughout the project.
• Manage warehouse inventory and ensuring that equipment is in working order.
