Your Responsibilities:
- Observe patients and report significant conditions, reactions to medications, or changes in health status to the supervisor or physician.
- Understand and follow all nursing policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver patient care based on the established care plan, updating as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effectiveness.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition.
What You’ll Need to Join:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Auto Insurance Card
- Current CPR Certification
- TB Test Results: 2-step or chest x-ray within the past 12 months, or Quanti
FERON Gold blood test within the last 5 years
