Base Pay Range$36,000/yr – $60,000/yr

ScheduleMonday‑Friday (occasional Saturdays)
CompensationBase hourly pay plus commissions
Key Responsibilities- Operate day‑to‑day pest control route, applying pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
- Arrive on time for each customer’s home; a company vehicle is provided.
- Discuss the scope of service with the customer.
- Assist in sales and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
- Use in‑house training to choose the most efficient pest solution for customer needs.
- Maintain professional appearance and ensure equipment, vehicle, uniform, and PPE are in working order.
- Adhere to all company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Focus fully on duties during working hours, as directed by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
- Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Prior pest control experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence and use an iPad.
- Ability to present information effectively to customers and colleagues.
