Monday‑Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Base hourly pay plus commissions

• Operate day‑to‑day pest control route, applying pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Arrive on time for each customer’s home; a company vehicle is provided.
• Discuss the scope of service with the customer.
• Assist in sales and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Use in‑house training to choose the most efficient pest solution for customer needs.
• Maintain professional appearance and ensure equipment, vehicle, uniform, and PPE are in working order.
• Adhere to all company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Focus fully on duties during working hours, as directed by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Prior pest control experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and use an iPad.
• Ability to present information effectively to customers and colleagues.
