Shift leader, Restaurant​/Food Service

Our Full Time Opening Shift Leader is one of the most important people in the operation of our restaurant. They work 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 7 am to 3 pm five days a week, opening our restaurants. Opening responsibilities are baking bread and prepping fresh produce. This position requires candidates to be reliable to the highest extent.

A Shift Leader is expected to

• Work 30+ hours a week.
• Have the ability to get to and from work in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with the AGM and GM.
• Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.
