The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for Store Support Teammate (Part Time).
OverviewThe Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” This position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $15-$17/hr
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

- Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude; answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak shopping periods based on store needs.
- Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and bagging purchases.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies; assist with payment, exchanges, and security practices.
- Monitor security risks and theft, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
- Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks (displays up to 10 feet high), organizing fixtures and shelving, price markdowns, and transfers.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; uphold Buckle’s mission statement.
- Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and procedures.
- Perform duties with high Guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
Education And/or ExperienceNo prior experience or training required.
Physical DemandsThe role requires standing, walking, and using hands; ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
Work EnvironmentRetail store setting with a moderate noise level.
