Account Executive

The Account Executive position is a blend of outside and inside sales. That person will be responsible for establishing relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and cultivating leads. This will be done through telemarketing, targeted cold calling, and scheduled appointments. This position uses the company’s portfolio of products and services to solve the customer’s needs, with the expectation of developing and maintaining the relationship with the customer.

The Account Executive needs to be heavily involved in the customer account to ensure they are meeting or exceeding the customer’s expectations by being the point of contact for sales transactions, questions, and escalated issues.

• Generate leads through email marketing, targeted cold calling, and referrals.
• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Research accounts and generating sales appointments through telemarketing.
• Manage a sales territory with a few hundred established customers.
• Obtain an acceptable conversion rate of leads to customers.
• Work with C-Level executives to strategize on upgrading current office equipment.
• Schedule 3-5 net new appointments a week.

• Exhibit a positive, optimistic, strong work ethic
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
• Demonstrate strong aptitude with Microsoft Office, focused on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to proactively contact and communicate with customers to generate qualified leads
