Warehouse Supervisor (warehouse exp. req.) Description

Our client, a fast-growing electrical manufacturer, is looking for a well‑organized and adaptable Warehouse Supervisor to join their Tinley Park team (Warehouse 10; 30 company‑wide). Over the past five years, they’ve seen double‑digit growth and are continuing to scale. Their 45,000 sq. ft. warehouse handles 100–150 pick‑pack‑ship orders a day. Even though it’s a smaller operation, they need someone flexible who can grow with the business.

With their Warehouse Manager recently promoted to overseeing additional product areas, they’re looking for someone to keep improving processes, smooth out bottlenecks, and get results without sacrificing a positive, balanced workplace. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing warehouse productivity and a strong appreciation for company culture. Warehouse Supervisor (warehouse exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the warehouse team (10), building strong relationships
• Assign and delegate tasks to keep work flowing efficiently and on schedule
• Manage and report on overall warehouse productivity
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely shipment of goods and materials
• Order supplies and maintain proper inventory levels
• Verify the accuracy of orders, invoices, received items, and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain documentation, reports, and any required operational records
• Ensure the warehouse meets maintenance, health, and safety standards
• Perform inspections and coordinate equipment maintenance
• Monitor and improve warehouse workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead inventory cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies
• Partner cross‑functionally and communicate to keep operations running smoothly

Warehouse Supervisor (warehouse exp. req.) Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience required
• Well‑versed overseeing inventory levels including counts required
• Must be able to work onsite in Tinley Park
