Education Level High School## Description Olivarez Honey Bees is seeking a Customer Service Representative on a Seasonal basis. This position is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries and ensuring every OHB customer receives exceptional service.

* Responsibilities and Duties:

*** Promptly answer phone calls, respond to inquiries and manage customer orders
* Professionally handle customer escalations through demonstrating ownership of customer issues and working proactively to resolve issues in a timely manner
* Accurately process all payment transactions
* Manage customer accounts
* Process all orders for daily shipping
* Filing all customer information
* Qualifications and Skills## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of clerical procedures, including operating a multi-line phone
* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks while remaining organized
* Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone
* Must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
* Bilingual not required but preferred
