Overview
Accounting & Payroll Specialist with expertise in Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage compliance for Solar projects. This role requires precision, timeliness, and strong compliance skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do- Manage Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage compliance for construction projects
- File payroll reports accurately and on time in adherence to state and federal regulations
- Support accounting operations and compliance initiatives across multiple projects
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll documentation for audits and reporting
- Collaborate with finance leadership on reporting and process improvements
- Strong knowledge of Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage compliance (required)
- Familiarity with ITC credits in the solar industry
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and highly accurate
- Mid-Senior level
