Compensation: $165,000–$175,000

Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

• This is not a traditional Controller role. As a Controller, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical accounting, SEC reporting, and public‑company readiness within a fast‑growing, publicly traded organization.
• The Controller will work closely with an experienced, Big 4‑trained leadership team in a collaborative, high‑caliber environment with a strong culture and long‑term equity upside.

• Partner with executive leadership on technical accounting and external reporting matters as the Controller.
• Drive monthly and quarterly close processes with a strong emphasis on technical accounting accuracy.
• Lead the application and interpretation of complex accounting standards and evolving guidance.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memos, position papers, and supporting documentation.
• Support SEC reporting efforts, including 10‑Qs, 10‑Ks, footnotes, and tie‑outs, while ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX as the Controller.

• Active CPA required.
• Big 4 public accounting background required, with audit or technical accounting focus.
• Direct experience with technical accounting and SEC reporting in a publicly traded or public‑company‑ready environment.
