• Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and financial statement preparation as the Accounting Manager
• Oversee Work‑in‑Process (WIP) reporting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost tracking, and billing as the Accounting Manager Supervise accounts payable, sales tax filings, and 1099 reporting while coaching staff in your role as Accounting Manager
• Support internal and external audits, general ledger reviews, and compliance requirements as the Accounting Manager
• Partner cross‑functionally on process improvements, system enhancements, budgeting, and variance analysis as the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5+ years of progressive, hands‑on accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge with experience managing full‑cycle accounting and monthly close
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and operate independently in an ERP‑driven environment
