Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant

• Perform daily and monthly bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accounts as the Staff Accountant
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multi‑entity general ledger activity as the Staff Accountant
• Manage approximately 10 accounts with roughly 300 monthly transactions, ensuring clean and timely reporting as the Staff Accountant
• Support GL accuracy, account maintenance, and recurring journal entries as the Staff Accountant
• Assist with accounting schedules, month‑end tasks, and operational support projects as the Staff Accountant

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ year of hands‑on accounting experience, including reconciliations and GL work
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS);
  Net Suite experience is a plus
